Payment
payment can be made by cash, debit card,credit card,cheque or Aveo voucher.
Cancellation Policy & Terms
Due to limited availability bookings must be secured by credit or debit card(you wil be asked for these details at time of booking). This is simply to secure your appointment and no monies will be debited from your account until you have had your treatment. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a 50% charge, and a no-show will incur a 100% charge.
Arriving Late
Should you arrive late, your treatment will end at the appointed time,
unless of course your therapist has nobody booked in directly after you.
Mobile Phones
We would reqest that mobile phones must be turned off while on the premises.
Please note our phone numbers in case of an emergency.
Valuables
Please ensure you retrieve all belongings and valuables before leaving, as we cannot be
held responsible for lost items.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and non transferable. Gift Vouchers must be produced at the time of treatment.
Patch Testing
Please appreciate that for insurance purposes we have to patch test at least 24 hours prior to waxing, tinting, tanning and perming.
